Lincoln – Late night shopping begins on Thursday, 28 November 2024, with selected shops across the city staying open until 8pm.
The City of Lincoln Council is offering free parking on specific dates and times.
Free parking on these dates:
- Thursday 28 November 2024
- Thursday 5 December 2024
- Thursday 12 December 2024
- Thursday 19 December 2024
Free parking between 4pm and 9.30pm
- You must arrive at, or after, 4pm
- You must leave before 9.30pm
If you follow these times, you’ll get free parking. If you arrive before 4pm or leave after 9.30pm, you’ll have to pay the usual parking rate.
Lincoln Central Car Park
- Get a chip token as usual at the entrance barrier and then enter this into the pay station when you return to the car park
- If arriving and leaving within the times of 4pm and 9.30pm, the charge will be £0

- Park as normal and ‘pay’ using PayByPhone to ensure that your registration number is registered
