Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to contact us following two reports of indecent exposure in St Marks, Lincoln.
In the first incident, a woman was walking at around 9:55 pm from the Pure Gym to her car, which was parked outside the old Toys R Us store. As she got into her car, a man came from behind the vehicle, approached the driver’s window, and was then seen masturbating. When she began to get out of the car, the man ran off.
Around five minutes later, a second victim was walking with a friend from the Pure Gym, again towards the old Toys R Us store. They then saw a man standing on the footpath next to Burger King, who was facing them and masturbating.
The man is believed to have travelled by bicycle between St Marks and Dixon Street, and we are urgently appealing to anyone who saw him, who has CCTV in those areas, or who was driving in the area at the time and has dashcam footage, to contact us. If you saw suspicious behaviour around this time, please get in touch, as your information could be crucial to our investigation.
The man has been described as white, around 5ft 6ins tall, with a large belly. He was wearing a bandana wrapped around his face, pulled up to his eyes, and a thick grey puffa-style jacket with a zip on the front – the jacket was fully zipped up. He was also wearing a black skull cap.
